What are the responsibilities and job description for the Glazier/Commercial Storefront Service/Handyman position at Red Facility Solutions?
RED Facility Solutions is a company based in Sunrise, FL who specializes in Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Restaurant locations. We are looking to hire an experienced Glazier Installer/Maintenance Technician in your area along with other skills such as plumbing, electrical and handyman services.
- You MUST be able to auger a 100 FT machine for clearing plumbing clogs.
- Light Electrical installing a new outlet, replace a ballast and so forth.
- Handyman services including but not limited to drywall repairs and painting.
- Repair and replace storefront doors and glass.
- You must have your own tools, company vehicle will be provided.**
- This position requires travel 80% of the time and may require SOME weekends.
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans**
- Resolve problems when they arise.
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
- Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures
- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
- Keep constant communication with the Account Managers.
- Salary based on previous experience.**

- Great communication skills
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Must be well- organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
