- 2–5 years in account coordination, client services, or customer support (IT, AV, hardware/software preferred)
- Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick learner for new software
- Positive, professional demeanor; team player
- AA/BS/BA preferred; high school diploma required
- Must pass background check
