Red Dot is looking for a senior account leader who can bring strategy, structure, and momentum to a fast-moving creative agency.
This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts relationship builder, project manager, strategic thinker, and calm operator. You’ll lead day-to-day communication for assigned clients, manage project flow, organize priorities, support marketing planning, and help keep a talented creative team focused and moving forward.

As Red Dot continues to grow, this role will be central to helping us serve both external clients and internal stakeholders with greater clarity, accountability, and strategic focus.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the day-to-day lead for assigned client and internal accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Translate business needs into clear marketing priorities, project briefs, timelines, and next steps.
- Lead client meetings, status updates, project check-ins, and planning conversations.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, budgets, and project follow-through.
- Coordinate work across creative, content, digital, web, PR, design, production, vendors, and freelancers.
- Identify scope creep, project risks, capacity concerns, and account opportunities early.
- Support marketing plans, campaign strategies, reporting, and account growth.
- Keep communication clear, proactive, professional, and organized.

What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of experience in account management, marketing operations, client service, or a related role
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Project management and organizational experience
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, priorities, and personalities
- Experience working across marketing channels including digital, content, social, web, PR
- Ability to write clear briefs, manage scope, lead meetings, and keep work moving
- Solutions-oriented
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to lead
