Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook hibachi-style dishes with skill and flair, ensuring presentation meets high standards
- Lead the hibachi station during service, demonstrating expert cooking techniques and engaging with guests
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining proper stock levels
- Oversee food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless food service and exceptional guest experiences
- Assist in menu planning and development to keep offerings innovative and appealing
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, handling, and safety procedures

Qualifications
