Duties
- Lead and supervise building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to safety protocols
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Manage rebar installation and masonry work to meet project specifications and timelines
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate construction activities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate execution of projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors and team members to ensure seamless workflow on-site
- Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and safety audits regularly
- Assist with framing, metal stud framing, siding, roofing, plastering, stucco application, and remodeling projects as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in metal building erection and concrete work
- Skilled in rebar installation, masonry, welding, carpentry (including trim carpentry), roofing, siding, and woodworking
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools confidently and safely
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical specifications
- Hands-on experience with construction site operations including heavy lifting and restoration work
- Familiarity with hand tools used across various trades such as framing, plastering, roofing, and siding
- Excellent understanding of safety standards and protocols on construction sites
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in challenging environments
