Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Madison, AL. As a Sales Associate, you will guide clients through the process of building their dream homes. Daily responsibilities include offering exceptional customer service, providing consultations on home designs and options, supporting customers in the decision-making process, and maintaining long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, prepare and present pricing proposals, and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in communication, customer service, and relationship building
- Proven track record in sales or consultative roles with a focus on client engagement
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively
- Ability to understand and present home designs, plans, and associated options
