As an Acquisitions Specialist, you will be responsible for seeking and analyzing potential real estate investment opportunities, negotiating the acquisition of properties, and managing all aspects of the acquisition process. A successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively , develop and maintain relationships , and exceed company targets .

Responsibilities :
- Communicate with sellers to learn about their situation and the condition of their property.
- Analyze comparable sales and construct offers on properties to create win-win solutions to solve the seller's problem.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on real estate trends to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct due diligence on properties, including financial, structural, and environmental assessments.
- Negotiate and close property acquisitions - write contracts and get them ratified.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and brokers to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions.
- Exceed targets and expectations set by the company.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure acquisitions meet the company's financial objectives and operational needs.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of local real estate markets and the latest market trends.
