Red Door Funding is a market leader in Real Estate Investor Loans. We serve the Houston, San Antonio and Austin markets. Our goal is to provide the very best customer service in the industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join our team and help us provide that service!

Responsibilities:
· Strong Processing/Closing skills
·Assemble, Review and approve all critical documentation needed to complete the loan process
· Work with Loan Officers to facilitate efficient closings
· Communicate with title companies, insurance agents, banks, and loan officers to coordinate closings
· Ensure all loan documents are accurate and complete.
· Prepare and verify payoff requests and verification of mortgages
· Perform administrative duties as necessary
· Be a team Player!
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in Banking, Private Lending, Mortgage Lending, or Title work required
· Strong communication skills required
· Detail oriented
· Must be able to multi task and meet quick deadlines
· Must be flexible and easily adaptable to fast paced environment
· Self-starter with ability to resolve problems
Proficient in Excel and Word

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
