Duties
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans manually.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment functions properly.
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping vegetables or organizing ingredients when needed.
- Support the catering and banquet teams by providing clean serving ware for events.
- Help with general kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to uphold health standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service periods.
- Follow all food handling safety procedures to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations.
Requirements
