Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests and their pets.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Train and mentor front desk staff on best practices in hospitality.
- Monitor facility cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Implement policies that promote a positive work environment.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for pets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
