What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist- Mason position at Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa?
Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa is seeking experienced Client Service Specialist for our high-end Pet Resort & Spa located in Maineville. If you have a passion for pets or are looking to pursue a career in the pet care industry, then this may be the position for you! We are hiring for a part-time position with start dates as soon as possible.
Full Time or Part Time : 6:45am-1p AND 8am-4pm Saturday availability a must
Responsibilities of a Client Service Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting all clients & guests with a smile as soon as they enter the resort
- Schedule overnight/grooming/swimming/daycare appointments and reservations
- Accepting payments either by cash, check or credit card
- Checking in guests for their overnight stay or appointment by recording belongings and instructions from the clients
- Calling veterinarians to check on a guest’s vaccination & medical records
- Filing client records
- Promoting & selling of services
- Able to give informative tours of our resort to potential clients
Any candidate interested in this opportunity must have excellent communication skills and the strong willingness to work in a team environment. You must have a flexible schedule. In addition, all candidates must be extremely attentive and have an eye for attention to detail. Most importantly, you must absolutely love dogs & cats!
