Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa is seeking experienced Client Service Specialists for our high-end Pet Resort & Spa located in Maineville. If you have a passion for pets or are looking to pursue a career in the pet care industry, then this may be the position for you!
We are currently hiring for full-time Client Service Specialist positions with start dates as soon as possible.
Available Schedules:
Full-Time PM Schedule:
1:00 PM–7:30 PM, four weekdays per week, plus Sundays from 12:30 PM–4:30 PM. Sunday availability is required.
Candidates must be available for one of the schedules listed above.
Responsibilities of a Client Service Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting all clients & guests with a smile as soon as they enter the resort
- Schedule overnight/grooming/swimming/daycare appointments and reservations
- Accepting payments either by cash, check or credit card
- Checking in guests for their overnight stay or appointment by recording belongings and instructions from the clients
- Calling veterinarians to check on a guest’s vaccination & medical records
- Filing client records
- Promoting & selling of services
- Able to give informative tours of our resort to potential clients
Any candidate interested in this opportunity must have excellent communication skills and the strong willingness to work in a team environment. You must have a flexible schedule. In addition, all candidates must be extremely attentive and have an eye for attention to detail. Most importantly, you must absolutely love dogs & cats!
