Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Airbnb Cleaner to join our growing short-term rental cleaning company. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of creating a spotless and welcoming space for guests.
Hours:
- 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM most days (including weekends)
- Flexibility is a must; the cleaning schedule depends on guest check-outs.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and reset Airbnb properties to meet 5-star standards
- Perform tasks such as changing linens, scrubbing bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and restocking supplies
- Report any damages or issues observed during cleaning
- Ensure all homes are guest-ready by check-in time
- Communicate promptly and professionally with the owner when needed
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially in short-term rentals or hospitality
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Availability on weekends and some holidays
