Overview

Duties
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage the project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies such as PMBOK and Agile.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss progress, and resolve conflicts.
- Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Smartsheet.
- Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project needs.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency.
- Utilize earned value management techniques to track project performance against goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for program development and execution.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project processes using tools like Confluence or SharePoint.
- Ensure quality management practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, and PMBOK.
- Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Basecamp.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and conflict resolution.
- Effective communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability in requirements gathering and analysis for successful program design.
