This is not a seasonal position. We guarantee you work year round. We even pay you $50 per day for inclement weather!
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, landscape maintenance, and upkeep of property grounds.
Responsibilities
- Perform mowing and lawn care activities to maintain healthy grass and landscapes.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Utilize equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist in tree and bush trimming to promote healthy growth and appearance.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any mechanical issues as necessary.
- Ensure all work areas are clean and organized at the end of each day.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in mowing, lawn care, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with equipment used in landscaping is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time in very hot / cold conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
