Plant Maintenance Technician – 4-Day Work Week!

Location: Red Diamond | Moody, AL
Schedule: Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Overtime: Occasional Fridays as needed

What You’ll Do:

As a Plant Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our production operations running smoothly by:

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment on production lines and support systems in a fast-paced environment
• Performing preventive maintenance on coffee and tea production equipment
• Rebuilding pumps, conveyors, and other production-related equipment as needed
• Completing scheduled work orders and documenting maintenance activities accurately
• Assisting with line setups, changeovers, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Communicating equipment issues and operational updates with team members across shifts

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Technical School, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or related training preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance or related technical experience
• Technical school preferred
• Allen Bradley PLC experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and ladder logic is a plus
• Strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and air cylinder hydraulics skills
• Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
