Plant Electrical Maintenance Technician – 4-Day Work Week!
Location: Red Diamond | Moody, AL
Schedule: Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Overtime: Occasional Fridays as needed

What You’ll Do:
As a Plant Electrical Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our production operations running smoothly by:
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment on production lines and support systems in a fast paced environment
- Performing preventive maintenance on coffee and tea production equipment
- Rebuilding pumps and other production-related equipment as needed
- Completing scheduled work orders and documenting maintenance activities accurately
- Assisting with line setups and changeovers
- Communicating equipment issues and operational updates with team members across shifts
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of electrician and maintenance or related technical experience
- Technical school preferred
- Allen Bradley PLC experience required
- Knowledge of PLC programming and ladder logic is a plus
- Strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and air cylinder hydraulics skills
- Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Journeyman’s license preferred
