Groundskeeper – $16.50/hr Starting Pay 4-Day Work Week!
Location: Red Diamond | Moody, AL
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $16.50/hour

What You’ll Do:
As a Groundskeeper, you’ll help maintain the appearance and safety of our facility by:
- Cutting lawns, trimming, and edging around walkways, flowerbeds, and walls
- Pruning shrubs and trees to maintain healthy growth and appearance
- Applying fertilizer and pesticides to lawns, shrubs, and trees as needed
- Raking, bagging leaves, and removing debris and litter from company grounds
- Planting grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Watering lawns and landscaped areas using hoses or sprinkler systems
- Keeping outdoor areas clean, organized, and presentable
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of landscaping or related experience
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical job duties
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, professional surroundings
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
