Position Summary
Red Diamond is seeking a highly motivated Site Supervisor to oversee daily field operations while also performing hands-on work to keep projects moving efficiently. This position is crucial to our growth and success, and we are looking to fill this role quickly.
The ideal candidate is someone who can supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, communicate with clients — and also jump in to complete punch list tasks, repairs, and general labor when needed. This is a working supervisor position, not a desk job. Our Site Supervisor must be willing to lead by example and ensure every project is completed on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesJob Site Management
- Oversee, coordinate, and support day-to-day construction, mitigation, or design-build activities
- Ensure all work aligns with project plans, scopes, and Red Diamond quality standards
- Conduct daily walkthroughs and communicate tasks to crew members and subcontractors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Hands-On Work & Punch Lists
- Complete various punch list items, minor repairs, and finishing work as needed
- Assist with carpentry, trim, flooring, paint touch-ups, fixture installation, demolition, drywall patches, cleanup, and general labor
- Step in to resolve issues immediately so the project stays on schedule
- Ensure all corrective actions are completed quickly and professionally
Scheduling & Coordination
- Assist in developing daily and weekly schedules for crews and subcontractors
- Coordinate deliveries, materials, dumpsters, and equipment
- Proactively anticipate needs to avoid delays
Communication & Reporting
- Serve as the onsite point of contact for clients, tenants, inspectors, and vendors
- Provide daily updates to the Project Manager regarding progress, challenges, and next steps
- Maintain accurate documentation, photos, checklists, and digital reporting
Quality Control
- Inspect work for craftsmanship, accuracy, and compliance
- Address issues immediately to prevent rework or budget overages
- Ensure punch list and pre-closeout tasks are completed before inspections
Safety Management
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
- Conduct job-site safety checks and toolbox talks when required
- Report safety incidents or hazards promptly
Client & Team Interaction
- Maintain positive relationships with property managers, homeowners, and commercial clients
- Provide direction, support, and accountability for crews and trade partners
- Help train or guide newer team members as needed
Qualifications & RequirementsExperience
- 2–5 years in construction, mitigation, or restoration
- Prior supervisory or crew lead experience preferred
- Hands-on carpentry or general construction experience required
Skills
- Strong ability to both supervise and perform work
- Ability to read plans and scopes of work
- Excellent communication and organization
- Skilled in common construction tasks and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
