Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales cycles from lead generation to closing deals, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks may include prospecting, cold calling, conducting virtual presentations, handling customer inquiries, and providing product demonstrations. Additionally, the Salesperson will collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and report on sales activities and outcomes.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in sales, with a focus on lead generation and closing deals

- Knowledge of the welding industry and related equipment is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
