- Cleans kitchen equipment, dishes, etc.
- Assists in preparation and service of food.
- Assists in cooking duties as may be assigned.
- Assumes cleaning tasks such as cleaning tables, sweeping, mopping in the kitchen and cafeteria areas.
- Cashier using Computerized Cash Register System.
- Does related work as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of the proper method of service foods.
- Knowledge of modern kitchen and cooking appliances and equipment.
- Ability to follow instruction and direction.
- Punctuality, dependability, and ability to adapt.
- Training in food preparation, service and cash register knowledge or equivalent experience is helpful.
