Location: Denver, CO
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Analyze and underwrite potential credit and structured equity
opportunities, to include:
o Creating detailed cash flow models, sensitivity tables, returns models
o Performing other financial analyses required to evaluate and pursue both
development and acquisition opportunities
Market Research: Support deal team by independently performing research of target
markets to inform investment decision making.
Due Diligence: Support transactional due diligence and closing processes, to include:
o Collecting and analyzing due diligence materials
o Utilizing information to adjust underwriting
o Coordinating with accounting and legal teams to facilitate closing of transactions
Investment Recommendation: Work within deal teams to prepare and present investment
submissions and related materials, to include
o Drafting Investment Committee Memoranda
o Compiling ancillary documents
o Conducting ongoing quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision
making process
Updating investment summaries
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or Real Estate from a top‐tier school;
superior academic performance; MBA and CFA or equivalent a plus, but not required
3‐5 years of relevant analytical work experience in commercial real estate finance,
investment banking, real estate private equity or similar business
Knowledge of fixed income analytics
Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability
Computer proficiency with excellent working knowledge of Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously while consistently
maintaining excellence in work product
Critical thinker with quantitative orientation and strong problem solving skills
Self‐starter with ability to work effectively under strict deadlines independently and as a
team member in a demanding, credit‐oriented environment
