Red Coats, Inc., one of the largest cleaning companies, is hiring a Regional Operations Manager for the South Florida area. This position is responsible for providing managing day to day operations that facilitate the maximization of resources of janitorial cleaning services. This position will build trust, collaborate with others, communicate effectively, drive execution and foster innovation.

- Oversees process improvements and change management of site arrangements when needed

- Minimum 10 years of experience in skilled commercial cleaning.
- Expert level knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Must be able to make timely decision and adapt to change
- Excellent communication and data entry skills
- This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for leadership, performance management and hiring of the employees within its department.
- Courteous and responsive in customer service
- Ability to coordinate tasks and deadlines with other departments
- Must be bilingual ( English & Spanish).
- Able to work in the United States
- Supervision experience and commercial cleaning experience a must.
