Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Immediate responsibilities include:
- Receive, inspect, and ship orders
- Program equipment and prepare units for deployment
- Deliver materials, equipment, and completed orders
- Manage warehouse organization, inventory, and daily operations
- Assist with building issues, general maintenance, and upkeep
- Operate forklift equipment safely
- Build and ship Skyguard boxes
- Provide backup support for field work, including some public works (PW) assignments
- Assist our technicians/installers in the field as needed
- Support project teams with onsite deliveries, setup, and installation assistance
- Purchasing and vendor coordination
- Logistics planning for ERRCS/DAS and related projects
- Field scheduling and workforce coordination
- Operational support and process improvement
- Taking on broader day-to-day operations responsibilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hands-on work
- Must be open to flexibility in daily responsibilities and scheduling
- Willingness to assist technicians/installers in the field as operational needs require
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed

Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving throughout the Bay Area
- QuickBooks experience a plus
- Motorola programming software experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Highly adaptable with the ability to manage changing tasks and priorities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and master new skills
