Red Clog Kitchen is a chef-owned, farm-to-table meal prep company focused on seasonal cooking, local farms, and high-quality ingredients. We're looking for an experienced, hardworking kitchen professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing exceptional food.
Schedule
Our production schedule typically runs Friday through Monday, with occasional weeks shifting to Thursday through Sunday, depending on production needs and catering events.
What You'll Do
- Food preparation and cooking for weekly meal production
- Assist with packaging and quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Help with catering events as needed
- Work efficiently while maintaining high culinary standards
Qualifications
- Previous professional kitchen experience required
- Experience in high-volume production kitchens or catering strongly preferred
- Excellent knife skills and food safety knowledge
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Must have a reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver's license
Compensation & Perks
