The CSR is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, supporting customers throughout the order process, and working cross-functionally with shipping, accounting, and engineering to ensure a smooth customer experience. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a drive to achieve sales goals.

Create, enter, and manage sales orders based on customer purchase orders, equipment receipts, and internal direction

Prepare and provide equipment repair quotes using details from the estimating team

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions

Generate quotes, technical documentation, and additional materials as needed

Follow up on leads, maintain customer relationships, and support sales efforts, including upselling opportunities

Coordinate with engineering and internal teams to develop solutions for technical or complex requirements

Monitor order status and ensure timely follow-up, communication, and order closure

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, quotes, repairs, and sales activities in CRM systems

Provide internal coordination upon release of client repairs and support cross-functional communication

Assist shipping, accounting, and other departments with documentation and customer-related inquiries

Research data and generate reports for Sales, Production, Accounting, and leadership as needed

Create and maintain customer documentation in accordance with client requirements

Provide general administrative and clerical support, including handling incoming calls and messages

Support internal and external customers outside of regular business hours as needed

Collaborate closely with all internal departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
