Field Supervisor

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Full-Time
Red Carpet Moving Company is a premier provider of moving, white-glove delivery, furniture installation, warehousing, and specialty services throughout Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. We serve high-end residential clients, interior designers, furniture retailers, and commercial customers.
We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work but also has the leadership skills to manage crews, oversee projects, and ensure exceptional service for our clients.
This is primarily a field-based, blue-collar position that requires working alongside crews while also assuming supervisory and management responsibilities.
Position Overview
The Field Supervisor will oversee and assist crews performing moving, delivery, installation, and specialty service projects. The successful candidate will lead by example, maintain high standards of professionalism, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Primary Responsibilities
Moving & Delivery Operations
- Supervise and assist crews performing residential and commercial moving services
- Oversee and participate in furniture deliveries and white-glove installations
- Ensure proper handling, protection, loading, and transportation of customer belongings and furnishings
- Maintain quality control standards and address issues in the field as they arise
Furniture Installation
- Supervise and assist with residential and commercial furniture installations
- Coordinate installation projects to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Work directly with designers, retailers, builders, and homeowners as needed
Specialty Services
- Assist with the installation of:
- Artwork and mirrors
- Televisions
- Draperies and window treatments
- Other decorative and specialty items
- Ensure all installations are completed safely and professionally
Leadership & Management
- Lead and supervise field personnel
- Train, mentor, and develop team members
- Communicate effectively with management, clients, and crew members
- Monitor productivity, safety, and service quality
- Assist with scheduling, job coordination, and operational planning
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
Required
- Clean driving record
- Experience driving a 26-foot box truck
- Previous experience as a supervisor, crew lead, manager, or team leader
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Computer proficiency and experience using business software
- Ability to lift, carry, and move furniture and furnishings safely
- Ability to climb ladders and perform installation work when required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Preferred
- Extensive experience in moving, delivery, furniture installation, warehousing, logistics, or related industries
- Experience hanging artwork, mirrors, televisions, draperies, and similar items
- Experience working with interior designers, furniture retailers, or high-end residential clients
- Forklift and warehouse experience
