Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas lush and attractive
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for gardening, landscaping, and irrigation work
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and prevent water waste
- Conduct regular pool inspections, cleaning filters, skimming debris, and balancing chemicals to ensure safe swimming conditions
- Use lawn care equipment such as blowers, trimmers, and aerators to uphold high standards of grounds upkeep
- Assist with general maintenance tasks around the property including fence repairs, lighting checks, and minor landscaping improvements
Experience
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with irrigation systems, lawn care techniques, and the use of hand tools and power tools is highly desirable
- Knowledge of gardening practices, horticulture principles, and basic pool maintenance procedures will set you apart
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
