Project Manager- Real Estate, Construction, and Building Operations

Company Description

As the Project Manager, you will provide project-specific support to the Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) Real Estate and Construction Department.  You will implement national projects relating to RBDC Facilities and Building Operations including: site planning, permit coordination, construction oversight, facilities operations at designated site across the country. You will report to the Senior Manager, Real Estate and Construction, and be located in Santa Monica, CA.

Job Description

MANAGE THE PROCESS

Be the Project Management Lead and primary contact for select national construction projects.  

Coordinate, and serve as liaison between architects, superintendent, property manager, general contractors and real estate professionals.

Perform facility visits to troubleshoot site conditions, design issues and recommend corrective actions.

Manage requests for information and submittals.

Ensure project-related coordination of City/County/State permitting and application processing.

Responsible for project documentation, update lease and project records including lease correspondence, close-out schedules, warranties, contract/change order summaries, drawings, site plans and administrative correspondence.

Review and code construction and property management-related invoicing, processing of construction and property management pay requests.

Maintain departmental recordkeeping systems.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Employee is required to use hands, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. 

Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. 

Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.

Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Qualifications

3 years of work experience in construction or related fields.

Experience supervising vendors and contractors.

Experience reading construction plans and have well rounded knowledge of construction process.

Construction Management, Project Management or Design experience.

Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project is a plus.

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degreee

Must be fluent in English, additional languages an advantage

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $96,330 to $106,470 cash incentives

Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
