What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Manager, Business Operations position at Red Bull North America?
- 5-7 years of cross-functional experience within Sales and/or Distribution departments in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Proven experience engaging with and influencing executives and headquarters stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of leading and executing cross-functional executive-level projects
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience working with IRI, Numerator, and other syndicated data sources
- Experience in business or management consulting is a plus
- Strong communication skills and highly organized
- Knowledge of the retail landscape, including both local and national accounts
- Ability to work across functions, including headquarters, field/business units, and retailers
- Ability to work comfortably in cross-functional settings with key partners, including IT (technically inclined) and Trade Finance
- High-level understanding of reporting technologies and their capabilities
- Proven ability to interpret sales data, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations
- Ability to translate analytics into meaningful insights
- Sales-oriented, with a strong understanding of the connection between data and sales execution
- Employees may be required to lift and or move up to 25 pounds or more as needed
- Travel 10-20%
