What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electro-Mechanical Automation Technician (weekend overnight) position at Red Bull North America?
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2 years of experience with Material Handling equipment specifically Automation/ conveyance/robotics
- 2 years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures
- Multi skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines with relevant experience in robotics and automation
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of PLC based controls systems.
- Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance, create work orders, etc.
- Knowledge of Statutory Compliance requirements example OSHA, NFPA70 etc.
- Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English.
- Ability to oversee and influence others on the team.
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and workload.
- Experience detecting malfunctions and solving issues.
- Experience with safe operation of power tools, hand tools, and machinery,
- Packaging operation and high-speed automation experience
- Ability to stand, walk and sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Comfort with exposure to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
- Experience with safety oversight and safe operation of motor vehicles.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally without mechanical assistance.
- Experience reviewing of blueprints and CAD drawings.
- Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
- Travel 0-10%
