What are the responsibilities and job description for the Distributor Partner Manager position at Red Bull North America?
- 5 years of proven success in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
- Experience in a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) distribution environment is strongly preferred
- Ability to teach, develop, and coach others to sell effectively in the off-premise channel
- Ability to influence distributor partner decision makers and key stakeholders
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple stakeholders
- Able to analyze and leverage data to generate insights and drive action
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Possesses a valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Travel 40-50%
