What are the responsibilities and job description for the Category Space Analyst position at Red Bull North America?
- 2 years of experience in product merchandising, space planning software, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into meaningful and actionable recommendations.
- Proven track record in project management.
- Skilled in integrating multiple tools to effectively solve problems.
- Experience with syndicated data tools (e.g., IRI, NITRO, Nielsen Answers CORE) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively both internally and externally to retailers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities to support key initiatives and improve existing processes.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong aptitude for customer service with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels, from field staff to executive management.
- Previous customer or client-facing experience is preferred.
- Experience within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is an added advantage.
- JDA Space Planning Certification is preferred but not required.
