What are the responsibilities and job description for the Academy Scout position at Red Bull North America?
- USSF "B" License or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in elite soccer
- 3 years of scouting experience
- Proven success in identifying and recruiting players
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Ability to positively influence team culture and adapt to change
- SafeSport certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to work non-traditional hours in varied environment
- Preferred Qualifications:
- USSF "A" License
- Completion of U.S. Soccer Talent Scout Course
- Professional scouting experience (MLS Academy, MLS First Team, USYNT)
- Strong familiarity and network within the NYRB territory
- Travel 40-50%
