What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2026 Internship, Fall - Academy Scout position at Red Bull North America?
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and eligible to receive academic credit for the internship.
- Pursuing a degree in Sport Management, Sports Analytics, Performance Analysis, Coaching, Data Analytics, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- Passionate about soccer, player development, scouting, and performance analysis.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable reviewing large amounts of match footage and identifying key player actions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience with video analysis software (Hudl Sportscode, Hudl, Spiideo, Wyscout, or similar platforms) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a professional environment.
- Travel 10-20%
