Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy small business owner. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating projects, and handling a variety of clerical tasks with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Handle correspondence via phone, email, and messaging platforms with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating exemplary phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Organize files and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of information.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks; perform basic data entry and clerical duties efficiently.
  • Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
  • Utilize office technology including multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign for electronic signatures, and other relevant tools to streamline daily operations.

Skills

  • Real Estate License a plus but not required.
  • Experience in the real estate industry not required but a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an executive administrative support role with strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and data entry tools.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of property management software Appfolio a plus.
  • Effective office management skills including filing systems, front desk responsibilities, and office experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high levels of professionalism.

Pay: $23.66 - $28.49 per hour

Work Location: In person

Salary : $24 - $28
