We build custom decks, covered patios, fireplaces, and outdoor kitchens — projects designed to last and built with care. If you have solid carpentry experience, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, this could be a great opportunity for you.
You don’t have to know everything — but you do need to be coachable, reliable, and committed to doing quality work.

Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly

What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of carpentry experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints (or willingness to improve)
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Above-average pay based on experience (Hourly pay range from $22 - $25, DOE)
- Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with an occasional Saturday
