This individual is responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including invoice processing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting, to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile bank statements with company records
- Prepare and generate financial reports
- Manage accounts payable and ensure vendor payments are accurate and timely
- Oversee accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in bookkeeping
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
