Full-time and Part-time
This position provides assistance to residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Programs (s) through assessments and care planning, medication and treatment management, implementation and evaluation of resident plan of care, documentation of nursing services and enabling residents to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity. This position will enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with patience and a friendly smile all while embracing teamwork and collaboration among staff.
