Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated CDL Yard Spotter to support our logistics operations by safely and efficiently moving trailers within the yard. This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities

• Move trailers within the yard to assigned locations for loading and unloading
• Perform pre-trip inspections on spotter trucks
• Accurately track trailer positions and yard movements
• Communicate with warehouse and operations teams regarding trailer coordination
• Maintain yard cleanliness and organization
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
• Follow all company policies, including safety, conduct, drug/alcohol, EEO, and no-smoking policies
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
• Minimum of 3 years of CDL driving experience
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Availability for 12-hour day or night shifts, including weekends, is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
• Night Shift Differential: Additional $0.50 per hour
• Overtime: Paid after 40 hours
• Weekly Pay: Direct deposit

Schedule

• Shift: Must be able to work a 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM schedule, including some weekends.
• Weekly Hours: 48–60 hours

PPE Requirement

• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required.

Wage Range: 22.00 - 24.00 per hour
