Morning Dispatch Position (Part-Time)
We are looking for a New Dispatch Person to join our team!
Who We Are:
We are a family owned and operated wholesale produce company located in Highland, NY. With over 30 years in business, we provide the finest restaurants, schools, businesses and institutions in the Hudson Valley with fresh fruits and vegetables, cheese, meats, and other sundries. We source as often as possible from local farms and work hard to contribute to the health, wealth and sustainability of the Hudson Valley Region.
Who We Are Looking For:
A skilled dispatch person that is great with computers, administrative and clerical services. Dispatch duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of all routes and invoices.
Responsibilities include, but are NOT limited to:
- Analyzing Information
- Dealing with Complexity
- Data Entry Skills
- Critical Thinking
- Thoroughness
- Printing Invoices
- Printing Lot Labels
- Review Invoices for Accuracy
- Receiving Purchase Orders
Requirements
- High School or Equivalent
- Experience in working with multiple tasks
- Organizational Skills.
- Experience with locations of the Hudson Valley Area is a plus.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
The schedule and hours for the position are:
(Part Time) Will discuss exact days at time of interview.
5:00AM to 9:00AM
