- Coordinate special requests or arrangements for guests to ensure a memorable stay.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred, particularly in hotels or resorts.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guest populations.
