A day in the life:                  

As a Cloud DevOps Engineers at our fun and innovative company, we're looking for individuals who bring a passion for cloud technologies and a commitment to excellence. Your ability to design scalable and secure cloud architectures and hands-on experience in implementation and deployment will be crucial. We value individuals who stay current with industry trends, continuously seek to expand their knowledge, and are adept at troubleshooting complex issues. Effective communication and a collaborative spirit are key, as you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams and contributing to the vibrant and inclusive culture of our organization.                  
              

What you bring to the table:

All of our cloud engineers need the following skills:                    
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.               
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.               
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Oracle, or Google Cloud.               
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.               
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.               
  • A TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.               
   
For this particular role, you will also need:                    
  • Expertise building and managing Windows-based virtual machines, and managing large-scale Microsoft Active Directory environments
  • Experience building and managing user services such as unified communications platforms
  • Proficiency building and managing user services such as unified communications platforms, and building and managing endpoint and shared security services
  • Experience with VDI design for Citrix on AWS
  • Experience migrating on-premises IT systems to AWS cloud
  • Experience with cloud architecture and infrastructure as code
  • Experience with VDI optimization
  • 5 years of solid software engineering experience.                           
   
 These are important skills to have, but not necessarily mandatory:                    
  • Understanding of distributed systems        
  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate or similar

Salary Range:   
  • Disclosed pay ranges are a general guideline, and are not a guarantee of a final salary or compensation.  Our approach in determining final salaries takes into consideration a number of factors such as education, certifications, total years of relevant professional experience, actual level of expertise, and the responsibilities of the role itself. 
  • Based on the outlined roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the  projected pay range for this position is $180,000 - $280,000.
