What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laboratory Technician position at Reczu?
Schedule: Flexible shifts, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–4:30 PM), up to 30 hrs/week with potential for additional hours
Requirements:
1 year lab experience (biotech/academic preferred)
Experience with autoclave, sterilization, lab equipment
Basic knowledge of media/buffer preparation
Familiar with GMP/GLP (preferred)
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
Glassware washing, sterilization, and lab maintenance
Prepare media, reagents, and buffers
Maintain inventory and lab supplies
Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP and documentation (ALCOA)
Support lab operations and cross-functional teams
