Roll-Off Truck Driver (Full-Time)
Pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays required

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our growing team. This is a full-time position for a dependable professional who takes pride in safe driving, excellent customer service, and teamwork. Availability to work some Saturdays is required.
Position Summary
Roll-Off Drivers are responsible for preparing, loading, transporting, and delivering open-top containers and compactors from commercial customer locations to disposal sites, transfer stations, and recycling centers. Drivers must be comfortable performing backing maneuvers in tight spaces and maintaining a strong focus on safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a roll-off truck in accordance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
- Prepare, load, transport, and unload open-top containers and compactors.
- Service commercial customer locations in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Complete required paperwork and electronic logs accurately.
- Navigate and perform backing maneuvers in confined areas and customer sites.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and management throughout the workday.
- Ensure equipment is properly secured and transported safely.
- Keep trucks and equipment clean and in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Previous roll-off truck driving experience required.
- Valid CDL (Class A or Class B)
- Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
- Ability to perform backing maneuvers safely and efficiently.
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, and attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays.
