Summary
Lead delivery of Risk and Regulatory initiatives by managing scope, timelines, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional coordination. Translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure solutions align with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; support UAT and post‑production activities.
- Collaborate with global teams including development, QA, SMEs, and senior stakeholders.
- Perform root cause, gap, and current vs. future state analysis to define solutions.
- Translate business processes into functional and technical requirements.
- Support testing, training, and change management during implementation.
- Report risks, issues, and progress to senior management.
- Manage multiple priorities independently and communicate across business and technical teams.
Qualifications
- 15 years in financial services with focus on regulatory programs (CCAR, Basel III, DFAST, FRTB).
- Experience with risk/regulatory implementations and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Market/Credit Risk, VaR, financial instruments, and trading systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall and tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow, Visio, Excel.
- SQL required; Databricks preferred.
- Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
