Key Responsibilities
- Core Delivery & Client Engagement (Primary Focus)
- Gather on-site and off-site technical requirements to scope project needs.
- Design, build, and deploy systems aligned with client specifications.
- Deliver comprehensive client support and training to ensure smooth adoption.
- Technical Expertise & Sales Support (Secondary Focus)
- Author detailed technical documentation for all system design and deployment phases.
- Configure and run technical product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert during sales calls.
- System Monitoring & Optimization (Ongoing Focus)
- Track system performance proactively to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Engineer and propose feasible solutions within existing technical constraints.
