Role Overview:
We’re looking for a driven Investment Associate to join our founding team and help us source and acquire exceptional software companies. This isn’t just about spreadsheets and outreach - it’s about becoming a trusted partner to founders, spotting diamonds in the rough, and shaping the growth of companies that power the world’s industries. You’ll help us build a world-class sourcing engine while learning the craft of M&A from an experienced team.
What You’ll Do
- Run creative, multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to connect with founders
- Build genuine relationships - you know how to listen, ask the right questions, and leave people excited to hear from you again
- Go deep in vertical SaaS markets: map ecosystems, identify winners, surface hidden gems
- Analyze company performance and key SaaS metrics to qualify opportunities
- Nurture founder conversations over months (and years), even when they’re not ready to sell
- Keep our CRM sharp, clean, and insightful - turning data into action
- Work as part of our M&A deal team to diligence live deals and build financial models
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-4 years of experience in growth equity, private equity, banking, or consulting
- Exceptional communication skills - you’re natural, confident, and know how to build rapport
- A builder’s mindset: gritty, resourceful, and energized by hitting ambitious targets
- High attention to detail and strong organizational chops
- A fast learner who thrives in a scrappy, high-velocity environment
