Psychometrician

Are you passionate about psychological assessment and supporting mental health? Were seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Psychometrician to join our team. In this role, youll work under the guidance of licensed mental health professionals to administer and score psychological assessments, manage testing materials, and support the individuals we serve.

What Youll Do:

• Administer and score psychological tests under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.
• Maintain, organize, and manage mental health files and testing materials.
• Process testing referrals and update relevant databases accurately.
• Complete reports of activities in accordance with company and client policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support smooth operations.

What Were Looking For:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in psychology or a related behavioral sciences field from an accredited college or university (required).
• Masters degree in psychology or related behavioral sciences field (preferred).

Experience:

• Coursework and hands-on experience administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological assessments (required).
• Experience supporting the needs of the individuals served through testing and assessment processes (required).
