Job Summary
We are seeking a Board Certified Pediatrician with NICU/NRP experience to provide coverage for our 18-bed MBU nursery and growing 4-6 bed Level-II NICU.
The ideal candidate will have experience with bread-and-butter care of premature infants as well as neonatal procedures. They should be skilled in rounding on both units during the day and able to handle call from home at night.
About the Position
Clinical Role
- Provide coverage for our 18-bed MBU nursery and growing 4-6 bed Level-II NICU
- Full-time position includes a scheduled rotation of 7 days on/7 days off with considerable flexibility in scheduling (providing a total of 15-24 hours covered shifts per month) and rotating holidays
- Rounding on both units during the day and call from home at night
- Ideal candidate will have experience with bread-and-butter care of premature infants as well as neonatal procedures
- No circumcisions
- 1,000 annual births a year
